Egg Curry

Egg -  4 Nos 
Onion - Two big ones
Tomato -  Two medium ones
Spices  - black pepper, Cardamom, Cloves , Cinnamon  ( two pieces each) 
Chilli powder  - 4 tea spoon
Haldi Powder - half tea spoon 
Curry leaves - 1 strand 
Salt to taste 
Frying Oil - as per requirement



1.  Boil eggs and keep it aside. 
2. Cut the onion in to medium size pieces and fry in oil until brown.  
3. Add the spices and fry it until the spices smell good
4. Put the above in a mixie and grind it to a paste 
5. Cut the tomato and puree it .
6. Take the frying pan and fry the paste of onion again.
7.  When it is fried, add chili powder  and haldi powder, and salt to  taste.
8. Add puried tomato and allow it to boil for sometime. 
9. Cut the boiled eggs and boil the curry for some more time.
10. Tasty Egg Curry ready !! :)
